    約5年の歳月を経て "LASTRESORT DENIM" 最高峰 "Gold Tag/金タグ" の名を冠した大戦モデル "Lot S301EXX 1942WPB" L-181 simplified model となります。

    このモデルは1942年8月にWPB（War Production Board＝軍需生産本部）が物資統制のために出した法令「L-181」に基づき、すべての工場が「simplified model」として生産していたと仮定し、データとしては見えない部分も含めてヴィンテージの雰囲気を再現しました。
    今回の生地は、米綿100％のディープサウスを使用し、6番・7番・8番の3種類の番手を用いて微妙なムラを表現。
    緯糸には長さ38mmの最高級超長綿 "スヴィンゴールド シュプリーム" を採用し、ロープ染色には深みのあるピュアインディゴを使用。
    これによりオリジナルに忠実な色味と質感を実現しています。

    織機には "TOYODA G3" を使用し、経68本×緯47本で打ち込むことで、精密な仕上がりに仕上げています。
    デザインはジェラード社所有 "S501XX初期型" を基に、刻印入りの付属を再現。

    大戦モデルは "ドーナツ型月桂樹ボタン" が有名ですが、初期の頃は通常ラインに使われていた鉄製ボタンフライのタイプも存在し再現しております。




    リベット留めが省略されたコインポケット部分は、シンプルながら大戦モデルらしいディテールとなります。


    バックポケットには飾りステッチを排除したシンプルなデザイン。


    30年代の在庫リベットをそのまま流用し「JELADO Co」の "o" を小文字にした特注リベットを製作。




    フロントの切りっぱなし仕様や太めのベルトループなど大戦モデルならではのディテールも徹底的に再現。




    シルエットは "黒タグ" に近いスッキリとしたラインを採用し、穿くほどに表情が増す不規則な色落ちが楽しめ、しなやかさと柔らかさが経年変化を一層引き立てます。
