モデル名 "BOONIE HAT/ブーニーハット" とは、1960年代にアメリカ軍で熱帯・ジャングル地帯向けに開発されたハットとなり、日差しを遮る幅の広いツバ、風で飛ばないようにするレザーパーツで長さが調節出来る顎紐、枝や葉をループに刺してカモフラージュする為のディテール偽装用の帯(ブランチループ)などが特徴です。
両サイドには通気用のアイレットが4つ付き、ヴィンテージと同様のくり抜きツバとなり接ぎが無いのも特徴となります。
生地には、フリーホイーラーズ オリジナル "Vintage Style 9oz Indigo Denim" COTTON 100％ を使用しており、着用と共に良い雰囲気となります。 -
