※1 "ZigZag Man/ジグザグマン" とはフランスの老舗巻きたばこ(ローリングペーパー)ブランド「ZIG-ZAG（ジグザグ）」のアイコンである髭を生かした男性キャラクターの通称。
19世紀のクリミア戦争(セバストーポリの戦い)で、愛用のパイプを撃ち壊された兵士(Zouave/ズアーヴ/19世紀フランス軍で活躍したアルジェリアなどの北アフリカ先住民族で編成された軽歩兵部隊)が火薬の袋の紙を使ってタバコを巻いて吸ったのが始まりとされており、1960〜70年代のアメリカヒッピームーブメントの中で大衆化し、その独特でレトロなアートワークは現在も人気を集めております。
