    モデル名 "IRON WHARF/アイアンワーフ" とは、埠頭や波止場で働く非常にクールで男クサいイメージからの造語となり、４つボタン、チンストなし、台襟なしの1930年頃からのカバーオールをモデルとしており、着丈長めで長方形気味の少し細めなボックスシルエットとなります。

    縫製は全て2本針仕様となり、巻き縫いと本縫いで仕上げております。

    襟部は、台襟なし、チンストなしのシンプルな仕様で、トップボタンは袖口同様 "UNION MADE" 刻印の15mmチェンジボタンとなり、フロントボタンは "UNION SPECIAL" 刻印の20mmチェンジボタンとなります。






    左胸ポケットはペン挿しと入り口が横からのみになっている構造のウォッチポケットが取り付けられており、新型の "THE UNION SPECIAL OVERALLS CO." ネームも付きます。


    両サイドにつく腰ポケットは真四角に近い形状で、少し高めの位置に付くのが特徴的です。


    袖口は１つボタンとなり、トップボタン同様 "UNION MADE" 刻印の15mmチェンジボタンとなります。


    生地にはフリーホイーラーズ "Original 9.5oz Indigo Denim" COTTON 100%(WASH) を使用しております。
    30年代特有の青み赤みが強く、黒くない "ピュアインディゴ色" 2-1右綾ライトオンスデニムとなり、縦糸に真っ直ぐ気味と少しムラのキツい2種類の綿糸をロープ染色し成形、緯糸には非常に自然なムラのある綿糸と、落ち綿を混ぜたネップのある綿糸をランダムに打つ細工をした生地で、着用と共にネップが取れ、独特のタテ落ち感も楽しめます。
