モデル名 "LONGSHOREMAN/ロングショアマン" とは港湾労働者、港で船に荷物を積み下ろす作業員の着用していたカバーオールのイメージからとなり、表生地にはコットン、裏地にはウールを使用したビーチクロス生地の着やすく温かいジャケットとなります。
ボディには当時のヴィンテージ物の雰囲気を再現し、新たに開発した肉厚な "NEW" "Original High Gauge Medium Weight Beach Cloth" WOOL 70% COTTON 30% を今回から採用しております。
こちらの生地は主にアウトドアウエアなどに取り入れられ "BeachCloth/ビーチクロス" 通称 "ゴマシオ" とも呼ばれております。
やや大きめの襟が付き、左右低めに配置された大小の変形ポケット、大きめの左右同型ポケットが特徴的です。
襟周りやフロント、裾周り、ポケットの縁にはやや光沢感のあるブラックのヘリンボンテープを使用し強度とデザイン性を高めております。
フロントボタンには約25mmの碁石型4つ穴刻印なしボタン、袖口には約20mmの碁石型4つ穴刻印なしボタンが使用されております。
着込む程に柔らかく着心地が良くなり、ワークやカジュアルスタイル、またドレスなスタイルまで様々なコーディネートが楽しめヴィンテージのような雰囲気を持つモデルとなります。 -
