「デニムの一種であるヒッコリー柄に、
柔らかさや着心地・保温性を持った、
気軽に使えるデイリーウエアならではの機能を持たせたい」
という理想から創造し、
慎重に構成した組織図のやり取りと、
製作工場の経験と勘を頼りに製作が実現した
デラックスウエア オリジナル生地を使用しております。
ヒッコリーデニムとヘビーネルシャツは、
仕事服という用途以外は共通点が無いに等しいが、
デラックスウエアではこの2つを融合させ、
ヒッコリーデニムの表情とヘビーネルの構造を
併せ持つ生地に仕上げております。
ボタンは、
オリジナルで製作した
ナットボタン(椰子の実削り出し)を 使用し、
一つ一つ手付け縫製しており、
強度と生地にかかる負担を軽減させています。
ヴィンテージの縫製仕様に基づき、
主要部の巻き縫い、
裾の三角マチなど手間暇かけた縫製と
ヴィンテージワークウエアさながらの強度も
確保した仕様になっています。
また、着心地やスタイルを重視し、
古着やヴィンテージの傷むポイントを探りながら
一部を立体形状のパターンで製作しており、
ジャストサイズでも心地よい着心地が体感出来ます。 -
