モデル名にある
1922年頃の幻の "Lot 560 1922" エンジニアオーバーオールを
忠実に再現したフリーホイーラーズ オリジナルモデルとなり、
1915年から1920年代後期までの大変希少な
後期型 "Lot 560 1922" オーバーオールとなります。
生地にはフリーホイーラーズ オリジナル
"14oz Indigo Denim" を採用しております。
綿の段階から新たに制作した生地は、
経糸に太くて長いムラ糸を強弱を付け使用し、
緯糸にも経糸同様にムラ糸を使用しております。
このモデルの最大の特徴である当時の雰囲気を再現した
やや赤みの強い濃色のインディゴロープ染色を施した生地は
"S601XX 1944-45" 程ではありませんが、
縦に長い色落ちと肌触りが特徴です。
当時と同様に旧式力織機で時間をかけて織り上げられたザラ感と
毛羽立ちある赤耳付き(セルビッチ)デニムとなります。
このモデルはローバックタイプのオーバーオールとなり、
強度のあるゴムウレタン製+デニムのサスペンダー仕様で、
留め具も当時を踏襲し
引っ掛けて使用する特殊な吊環タイプとなります。
フロント胸部には1920年代仕様のフラップポケットと
ウォッチポケット、ペンシルポケット付きビブポケットが付きます。
フロントサイドには縦型のポケットが付き、
右サイドには定規などを収納するルーラーポケットが付きます。
ヒップポケットは大きめのタイプが2つ付き、右
ヒップポケット下にサイドポケットが付きます。
左サイドにハンマーループが付きます。
ボタンには
"VANISHING WEST" ロゴ入りレギュラーボタンと
スモールボタンを各部に採用しております。
各ポケットの補強には打抜きリベットを使用し、
強度をあげております。
※8個以上のリベットは廃止の指示が出された為、
コインポケット部にはリベット無しとなります。
ネームパッチには
"2匹のバッファロー" と "No.1" をプリントした
コットンダックラベルを採用し
特製のフラッシャーも付いております。
縫製糸には当時の縫製を再現する為、
あまり太い番手の糸は使用せず運針ピッチを細かくし、
巻き縫い、本縫い共に
金茶色のオリジナル綿糸で各部を縫製しております。
THE VANISHING WEST "Lot 506XX 1922" モデルと
同様の生地になりますので、
セットアップでもお楽しみ頂けます。 -
