1920年代から1930年代のデティールを踏襲し
"THE IRONALL FACTORIES Co." の実名復刻に基づき
当時のワークコートを参考に
主要部を3本針のトリプルステッチで縫製し
ワークコート同様の大きめのポケットを
再現したモデルとなります。
衿は、
高めの台衿にやや大きめのチンストラップが付き、
折り返してボタン留め出来る仕様となっております。
ポケットは左右非対称となり
右胸ポケットはペン挿し付きのパッチポケットが付き、
左胸ポケットには、
入り口が上と横にある二重構造
(横からと上から入れた物ではポケット内部で別々になる仕様)
のウォッチポケットが取り付けられております。
ボタンには白蝶貝を使用しており、
袖部の1つは一回り小さいボタンを使用。
フロント左身頃の裾裏には、
品質保証タグのユニオンチケット。
裾の両サイドにはミミ付きのマチ補強布が付いております。
生地には新たに制作した
フリーホイーラーズ オリジナル COTTON 100%
"Vintage Style 6oz Chambray" を使用しております。
フリーホイーラーズのデニム(Lot 601XXシリーズなど)を
織り上げている
日本一の機屋(はたや)で織り上げられた
シャンブレー生地となります。
ヴィンテージの雰囲気を活す為、
アメリカ産コットンを使用した平織り生地となりますので、
独特なシャリ感もありますが着込むほどに
柔らくなり良い雰囲気の経年変化が楽しめます。 -

「Don't say Overalls-Say Ironalls (オーバーオールズと言うなアイアンオールズと呼べ)」とは ワークウェアブランド『アイアン オールズ』の ボタンに刻まれた文言だ。
戦前ということ以外、詳細な生産年代や会社の歴史、アイテムの種類すらも謎に包まれた幻のブランド。
しかし前述の台詞を聞けば、その凝りに凝った仕様を見るまでもなく、彼らの並々ならぬ自信のほどがうかがえる。
